Decker History
Established in the early 50’s as a manufacturer of flexible packaging to the meat packing industry and surrounding food processing businesses in the Omaha Metro Area. Over the years Decker Plastics has grown into a Custom Manufacturer of Polyethylene for many industries. We have evolved into a facility that Extrudes Linear Low/Low Density with various add packages, prints on the film/roll-stock, and finishes with converting into bags or sheets as needed.
In all, we have 50+ years of growth with many “partners” creating strong relationships which has allowed us, in turn, to assist in the growth of our customers.
Quality
Our films comply with the food and pharmaceutical industries as we use only FDA formulated ingredients. We are HACCP Certified as well as SQF Certified. The ingredients we use are top quality and are all certified with compliance labeling from the manufacturer.
Internally, our quality begins with a concept of wanting to provide the best, and that has evolved into our Core Values which we practice daily in our professional lives as well as instill it in our culture here at Decker Plastics. Our core values include:
